2. Applicability

These terms apply to all offers from Atelier Miia and every distance contract made between Atelier Miia and consumers via www.ateliermiia.nl.

3. Offers and Agreement

  1. All offers on the website are non-binding.
  2. A contract is concluded once the consumer places an order and receives confirmation by email.
  3. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but colors may vary slightly.

4. Prices and Payment

  1. All prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping fees (unless stated otherwise).
  2. Payment must be made in advance via iDEAL, Bankcontact, PayPal, or credit card.
  3. A confirmation email is sent after successful payment.
  4. Atelier Miia may update the prices of its products or services at any time, whether listed on the website, in-store, or elsewhere.

5. Shipping Costs and Delivery

  1. Atelier Miia ships to the Netherlands and Belgium.
  2. Shipping costs are clearly stated during checkout.
  3. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, unless stated otherwise.
  4. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
  5. If an incorrect address had been provided, Atelier Miia is not liable for any costs incurred due to providing an incorrect address.

6. Right of Withdrawal

  1. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Please contact returns@ateliermiia.nl
  2. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product.
  3. You will be refunded the full amount, including standard shipping costs.
  4. Return shipping is at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.
  5. The product must be unused, undamaged, and—if possible—returned in its original packaging.

Exceptions (no right of withdrawal) apply to:

  • Customized items
  • Sealed hygienic products that have been unsealed after delivery

 

7. Complaints and Warranty

  1. If an item is defective, please contact us within 14 days.
  2. Legal warranty applies to all products.
  3. We respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.
  4. If a complaint is valid, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.

8. Liability

  1. Atelier Miia is not liable for indirect damages, such as consequential losses or lost profits.
  2. Liability is limited to the value of the product, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

9. Force Majeure

  1. In case of force majeure (e.g., strikes, illness, government restrictions, shipping delays), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the contract.

10. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, and designs on www.ateliermiia.nl are the property of Atelier Miia and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.

11. Privacy Policy

We treat your personal data with care. Please refer to our full Privacy Policy for information on data processing.

12. Governing Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
