Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All orders will be shipped from The Netherlands and will be processed after we received the payment. We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours via PostNL.
- Shipping within the Netherlands costs €4,95.
- Shipping within Belgium, Luxembourg & Germany costs €8,99.
- Free shipping on orders over €75.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code to follow your package.
Returns
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries! You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to withhold a refund if the item shows signs of use or damage.
- Please note: customized jewelry and earrings (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please email us at return@ateliermiia.nl with your full name, order number, and the reason of return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.
